1. How long is REINE SKIN order processing time?

We do our very best to process your order as soon as possible but please allow for 1-5 business days for order processing. For faster order processing, place your order before 3PM CST to allow for adequate time for fulfillment and shipping.

UPDATE: Due to COVID-19, we are experiencing a delay in processing times. Please allow 3-7 business days for order processing. We greatly appreciate your understanding during this difficult time and apologize for any inconvenience.

 2. Does Reine Skin Offer International Shipping?

We currently offer international shipping to Canada, Australia, and the UK. Please note that your order is subject to internationally shipping charges as well as any custom charges. As Reine Skin grows, our goal is to eliminate the custom charges and offer the best internationally shipping rates to our customers. 

3. Does Reine Skin Offer Refunds?

4. What country does Reine Skin produce their products?

All Reine Skin products are produced in the United States of America. Our ingredients are sourced from all over the world to ensure we have found the highest quality ingredients. All of our ingredients are chemically analyzed for purity and toxins. Certificate of Analysis are kept in our database for all ingredients used in our products. 

5. Do you offer Free Shipping?

We currently offer Free Shipping for all Domestic (United States) orders over a purchase total of $75.00 +. We understand our International customers would like to benefit from this amazing offer.
